1. Acceptance & eligibility

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Root Canal Center of Hallandale website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. We may update the terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law.

The website is intended for adults age 18 or older. A parent or legal guardian may use it to obtain information about care for a child. Do not use a demonstration form to provide a child’s personal or medical information.

2. Clinical information & emergencies

Website content is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not a diagnosis, individualized treatment recommendation, or substitute for examination by a licensed dental professional. Do not delay seeking care because of something you read here.

Dr. Felipe Gomez, DDS is a general dentist whose practice is limited to endodontics. Dr. Gomez is not represented as a board-certified endodontic specialist. Aurora Capital Holdings LLC provides non-clinical facility management; clinical decisions are made by the treating dental professionals.

Viewing the website, downloading a form, or sending a general inquiry does not by itself establish a dentist–patient relationship. Treatment requires appropriate evaluation, acceptance by the treating practice, and applicable consent. Procedure availability and suitability depend on the individual patient. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Illustrative images and descriptions do not promise a particular outcome.

3. Privacy & communications

General email may not be encrypted or appropriate for confidential patient records. Do not email medical records, radiographs, payment details, or other sensitive information through the general contact link. Call us for secure transfer instructions. A contact inquiry is not consent to automated marketing messages.

4. Appointments, referrals & fees

The “Book a visit” option provides contact information; it does not reserve an appointment. The office must confirm appointments and availability directly. Contact the office about changes, cancellations, financial policies, and any applicable fees before treatment.

The online referral form is currently a preview. It does not send referrals, upload files, or deliver email. Use fictitious information and test files only. For an actual referral, call the office and follow its instructions.

Descriptions of services do not constitute a personalized price quote. Treatment plans, charges, and insurance estimates depend on evaluation and applicable coverage. An insurance estimate is not a guarantee of payment. If you are uninsured or not using insurance, see our Good Faith Estimate notice for information about estimates and billing rights. These terms do not limit those rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

• Impersonate another person or provide false information in actual communications with the practice.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or information.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with operation, or bypass access controls.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute protected content for commercial use without permission, except where permitted by law.
