TECHNOLOGY / 01

Diagnostics & planning

3D CBCT diagnostics

When clinically indicated, three-dimensional cone beam imaging helps us evaluate intricate root anatomy and surrounding structures beyond traditional two-dimensional views. Each scan is selected to answer a specific clinical question.

Digital radiography

Digital X-rays provide detailed images for prompt chairside assessment and treatment planning. Exposure settings and the number of views are tailored to the examination, with the goal of obtaining useful images while limiting radiation exposure.

TECHNOLOGY / 02

Canal shaping & treatment

WaveOne reciprocating system

Flexible nickel-titanium instruments use a controlled, back-and-forth motion to shape root canals. The system supports efficient preparation, including curved anatomy, with file selection and the treatment sequence tailored to each tooth.

Surgical operating microscopy

Magnification and focused illumination help our clinicians inspect small canal openings and intricate root anatomy. This detailed view supports careful access and preservation of healthy tooth structure.

Apex locators

Electronic measurements help estimate the canal’s working length and guide treatment near the root end. These readings are assessed alongside radiographs and clinical findings rather than relying on a single measurement.

TECHNOLOGY / 03

Disinfection & patient comfort

Computer-assisted local anesthetic

Controlled delivery of local anesthetic supports a slow, measured approach to numbing. Our team checks your comfort throughout care and adjusts the anesthetic plan to your needs.

Ultrasonic & acoustic irrigation

Sound energy activates cleaning solutions within the canal system, helping fluid move into areas that instruments alone may not reach. These techniques complement shaping and disinfection as part of your treatment.

TECHNOLOGY / 04

Filling & sealing

Warm vertical compaction systems

Controlled heat softens the root canal filling material, called gutta-percha, so it can be compacted to adapt to the prepared canal. It is used with a sealer to help fill and seal the canal space.

Bioceramic materials

Biocompatible sealers and repair materials help create a seal and support tissue healing. We select the material according to the procedure, whether filling a canal, repairing a defect, or treating the root end.

Technology supports clinical judgment. Your dentist will explain which imaging, techniques, and materials are appropriate for your tooth, including their benefits and limitations.
