FOCUSED ON PRESERVING YOUR NATURAL TEETH

Precise care. Personal attention.

From root canal treatment and vital pulp care to microsurgery and dental trauma, our services share one goal: helping you keep your natural teeth.

Your care begins with an examination and a conversation about your options. Recommendations depend on your diagnosis, tooth development, and whether the tooth can be restored. Some of the procedures below are performed together as part of one treatment plan.

OUR SERVICES / 01

Nonsurgical root canal therapy

Care inside the tooth, from a first root canal to treatment of a persistent infection or a blocked canal.

01

Standard root canal treatment

Anterior teeth, bicuspids & molars

Microscope-assisted treatment removes inflamed or infected pulp from inside the tooth. The canals are cleaned, shaped, filled, and sealed to help preserve your natural tooth. Your dentist completes the final crown or restoration.

02

Endodontic retreatment

A second look at a previously treated tooth with persistent symptoms or a recurring infection. We remove the existing canal filling, assess for missed anatomy, and clean and seal the canals again when retreatment is appropriate.

03

Pulpal debridement

An initial emergency treatment that removes pulp tissue to help relieve pain when a full root canal cannot be completed at that visit. Follow-up treatment is needed to finish cleaning, filling, and restoring the tooth.

04

Treatment of root canal obstruction

Evaluation and management of blocked canals, including calcified areas or separated dental instruments. When feasible, an obstruction can be removed or bypassed to allow further cleaning and treatment of the canal.

OUR SERVICES / 02

Vital pulp & pediatric therapies

Treatment tailored to pulp health and tooth development, including care for primary teeth and immature permanent teeth.

05

Pulpotomy

Removal of affected pulp from the crown of a tooth while preserving living tissue in the roots. Depending on the diagnosis, this may be an option for primary teeth or selected permanent teeth.

06

Pulpectomy

Removal of pulp tissue from both the crown and root canals. In an appropriate primary tooth, the canals are then cleaned and filled with a material suited to the tooth’s expected development and natural loss.

07

Apexification

For an immature permanent tooth whose pulp is no longer living, treatment creates or encourages a barrier at an open root end. This barrier allows the canal to be filled and sealed.

08

Apexogenesis

Vital pulp care that aims to preserve healthy living tissue in an immature permanent tooth so its root can continue developing. Follow-up visits monitor root growth and the tooth’s response to treatment.

OUR SERVICES / 03

Microsurgical endodontics

Surgical options for selected teeth when care through the canal alone may not address the problem. Planning includes the tooth’s condition and final restoration.

09

Apicoectomy

Root-end resection

Removal of the tip of a tooth’s root and nearby inflamed or infected tissue through a small opening in the gum. This may be considered when disease persists around a root end after root canal treatment.

10

Retrograde filling

Root-end filling

A small filling placed at the end of a root, usually during an apicoectomy, to seal the canal from the root tip and help limit bacterial leakage.

11

Root amputation

Removal of one diseased or damaged root from a tooth with multiple roots while retaining the crown and remaining roots. Suitability depends on their health, support, and ability to be restored.

12

Hemisection / bicuspidization

Separation of a selected molar into sections. Hemisection may include removing a diseased root and its portion of the crown; bicuspidization retains and restores both sections as separate units. Restorative care is coordinated with your dentist.

13

Intentional replantation

For carefully selected cases, a tooth is intentionally removed, its root is treated outside the mouth, and it is returned to its socket. We assess whether this approach is suitable and plan follow-up care.

OUR SERVICES / 04

Trauma & internal repair

Care for damaged roots and injured teeth, with a focus on preserving tooth structure and monitoring healing.

14

Internal root repair

Perforation defects

Repair of an opening between the inside of a tooth and the surrounding tissues, which may result from resorption or a previous procedure. A biocompatible material seals the defect when the tooth is suitable for repair.

15

Traumatic dental injury management

Prompt evaluation of chipped, displaced, loosened, or knocked-out teeth. Care may include repositioning, splinting, replanting an avulsed permanent tooth, and monitoring healing. Treatment depends on the injury and stage of tooth development.

DIAGNOSTIC SUPPORT

3D CBCT diagnostics

Three-dimensional imaging can reveal more about root anatomy and the surrounding bone. Your clinician determines when a CBCT scan is appropriate and reviews it alongside your symptoms and examination.
